Thermo/Cense has been in business since 1970 and I am the fourth owner, joining Thermo/Cense over 15 years ago. My philosophy has been that if you treat your employees, customers and business partners as you would your family you will be successful. I have tried to do just that and have instilled this philosophy into all aspects of the company. We have been successful over the years, but I don’t measure success by focusing on the bottom line, rather by providing stable and fulfilling employment for Thermo/Cense employees and maintaining strong, mutually profitable, long-term relationships with our Customers and the Manufacturers we represent.
